THE TEAM
Dedication. Work. Passion.
We are a group of six students from Colégio Salesianos de Lisboa, interested in engineering and computing. We decided to participate in this project because our norms are learning, persistence and hard work.

CANSAT
The CanSat Portugal competition is an educational project by ESERO Portugal, organized by Ciência Viva and the European Space Agency (ESA), aimed at secondary school students. This initiative challenges school students across the country to design and build a working model of a microsatellite with the same dimensions as a soda can. Students are also responsible for building their own parachute and for satellite communications with their ground station. Thus, a CanSat is a microsatellite that is the size of a soda can. The participating teams must design a CanSat that, after launch, that is, during the descent, must execute a scientific mission, communicate the data to a computer on the ground and land safely. The mission also includes the analysis of the collected data.
